Morning of the Event: Look out for an email from us! This will contain your unique login link to access the Attendee Hub.

On Event Day

  1. Open Your Email: Find the message from either virtualevents@cio.com or ca-events@idc.com
  2. Click Your Unique Link: This will take you straight into the event.
  3. Explore and Enjoy: Dive into sessions, network with peers, and make the most of your experience!

 

Follow these steps when login link is activated.

  1. Enter the name and email address you registered with.
  2. Enter your Verification Code **Registrants will receive a verification code by email and text (if a mobile number was entered during registration). The verification code is unique to each attendee.
  3. We recommend you to add a photo, update your headline, and link your social media profiles so people can reach out to you with common interests.
  4. Click to open your profile. This button is found on the upper right corner of your screen.

Criteria for Admission: Virtual Summits are learning and networking opportunities for IT executives (i.e., C-level, VP, director, and manager titles) from organizations with 100+ total employees. Attendees must be involved in the purchase, evaluation and recommendation of IT products/services; and/or have IT policy responsibility within their organization. All applications to attend are carefully reviewed. Registrants will be notified promptly should the status of their application change. Analysts, venture capitalists, sales, marketing or consulting staff from non-sponsoring technology or technology-related companies do not qualify to attend. All participants are subject to IDG approval.
